$40.00 - $50.00 /Hour (Based on Experience)
As a Concrete Foreman, you’ll lead the crew to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities include coordinating daily job tasks, communicating with the office, completing minimal paperwork, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Foremen are provided with the tools needed to succeed, including a work truck, trailer, bobcat, tools, and an iPad for communication with the office. We’re looking for strong leaders who are willing to train others, support the crew, and take pride in delivering excellent finished results for our customers.
Requirements:
$30.00 - $40.00 /Hour (Based on Experience)
A Concrete Finisher plays an important role in preparing and completing each project. Responsibilities include grading dirt and rock, setting forms, smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces, and helping the crew complete jobs efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who understands the details of quality finishing work and takes pride in delivering clean, durable results.
Requirements:
$20.00 - $30.00 /Hour (Based on Experience)
Concrete Laborers help keep each project moving by supporting the crew throughout the day. Responsibilities include loading and unloading tools, cleaning equipment, wheelbarrowing concrete, preparing materials, and cleaning up job sites.
