Concrete Foreman - Full Time
$35.00 - $42.00 /Hour Based on Experience
As a concrete foreman, job tasks would include leading the crew to complete a job in a smooth and fast manner, filling out minimal paperwork for each job, communicating with the office about tasks done, and managing the crew on a daily basis. As our foreman, you will receive the tools you need to succeed such as a work truck, trailer, bobcat, tools, and iPad to communicate with the office. Our foreman's are expected to be good leaders, willing to teach others and train in new employees, and strive to make every job beautiful for our customers.
Concrete Finisher - Full Time
$27.00 - $37.00 /Hour Based on Experience
A Finisher is responsible for grading dirt/rock, placing forms, smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces, and helping the crew complete a job in a smooth and fast manner.
Concrete Laborer - Full Time
$18.00 - $26.00 /Hour Based on Experience
A Laborer is responsible for unloading/loading tools and equipment, cleaning tools, wheelbarrowing mud, cleaning up the job site, and helping the crew complete a job in a smooth and fast manner.
IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:
*Is hard working, responsible and reliable
*Has prior concrete experience
*Has reliable transportation to travel throughout the North Metro of the Twin Cities, MN on a daily basis.
*Has a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance. Foreman's must have a valid CDL Drivers License.
JOB DETAILS:
*Start immediately. Includes 40+ Hours a week. Winter work and weekend work available if desired.
*Pay is based on experience.
*Weekly direct deposit.
